The ECAVI Vaccine Academy has a wealth of faculty in vaccinology, immunology, virology, infectious diseases, and public health, drawn from Africa and Europe, who work closely with masters and Ph.D. students attached to the academy to help them complete their research projects. The students are attached to their parent universities and use their time at the academy to do research, develop their master’s research theses, to study further in vaccines, to undergo mentorship and apprenticeship in their line of research.
